We are committed to prioritizing the safety of patrons, staff, and artists, and therefore Pitkin County Health Orders and City of Aspen Public Health Orders will be enforced at all City venues. You and those in your party hereby agree that you are aware of the contagious nature of COVID-19 and are entering the theatre at your own risk. Your party will stay home if you or anyone in your party are sick or experiencing any symptoms of illness. You hereby release Aspen Show Tix at the Wheeler and the City of Aspen from any / all liability related to contracting COVID-19 or any other related virus or illness. You agree to comply with all public health orders and safety policies of the venue. You are accepting this waiver on behalf of yourself and everyone in your party. Please share this waiver with those in your party.
