2018 Arts Grants

The Wheeler Opera House is proud to announce the recipients of the 2018 Wheeler Arts Grant awards.  This year, approximately $400,000 in cash funds and $15,000 of in-kind support will be distributed to non-profit arts organizations throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.  Of the total grant amount, $100,000 comes directly from the Wheeler Real Estate Transfer Tax fund. The remaining amount is generated from Wheeler revenue sources such as fees and lease space rent. The Wheeler is proud to support the arts in Aspen and we look forward to the many contributions of these arts groups throughout the year.
