Tickets
Are
my tickets side by side?
All orchestra level seats are consecutive three-digit numbers, i.e. 101-102-103. In the balcony level, center section tickets are consecutive three digit numbers. Side section tickets skip numbers even though the
seating is side by side. Seats on house left are even numbered, i.e.
2-4-6-8. Seats on house right are odd numbered, i.e. 1-3-5-7.
Your tickets are printed on heat sensitive paper. Please DO NOT leave them near a heat source such as direct sunlight or on the dashboard of your car.
Can I replace my tickets if they are lost?
If you lose or forget your tickets, you may have them
reprinted at the Box Office on the night of the performance. We ask
that you bring identification for your tickets as a safeguard for yourself.
May
I get my money back?
All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or
exchanges available.
Special Needs
Do you have wheelchair
accommodations?
Yes, the Wheeler Opera House is ADA compliant. If you
have a specific disability access need, please tell the box office at
the time you purchase tickets. The Wheeler holds special needs seats as long as possible for our ADA patrons; however, as shows near sell-out these seats are released for general sale, so please plan to purchase your tickets early.
Do
you have assistance for hearing impaired patrons?
Assisted listening devices are available at no charge.
Speak to an usher or the house manager when you arrive at the theater.
Arriving at the Performance
I'm late,
now what do I do?
Please arrive early for performances. Doors generally
open one-half hour before show time. All performances are scheduled
to begin promptly at the advertised time. According to artist contractual
agreements, patrons who arrive late may be seated at the first appropriate
opportunity. Please allow extra driving and parking time prior to your
event.
Where can
I park for a performance at the Wheeler?
There is paid parking on the streets surrounding the
Wheeler until 6pm. Be sure you have paid for enough time to cover the
time you are in the theater. After 6 pm and on Sunday, parking is free
on the streets surrounding the theater. Aspen's covered parking garage is located just four blocks from the Wheeler Opera House on Mill Street. We highly advise leaving your car at home or at your hotel and taking the RFTA bus service -- it's easy, fast, and free!
