You are permitted to bring small personal items, such as handbags and collapsible umbrellas, which can fit safely under the theater seat; hiking packs, luggage, athletic equipment, etc. are not permitted in the venue.
The Wheeler Bar offers limited snacks and a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for purchase that may be taken into the theater. Purchases can be made via cash or credit.
Only valid non-expired U.S. IDs or foreign passports are accepted at the Wheeler Bar for the purchase of alcoholic beverages. Foreign IDs are not acceptable under the Colorado Liquor Board regulations.
Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the venue – please plan accordingly if dining out in town before attending a performance.
The Box Office will hold any personal items left in the facilities. Inquire with an usher, at the Box Office, or call (970) 920-5770. Please note that lost and found services cannot always be performed during or directly after performances or during peak Box Office hours. The Wheeler is not responsible for personal property.
The safety of our patrons, performers and staff are of utmost importance to the Wheeler and the City of Aspen. Working together with Aspen Police Department and local security professionals, we’ve put in place a handful of procedures to ensure we continue to provide a safe environment for our valued patrons and employees. Please do not bring bags, parcels or luggage to the Wheeler.
